Food and Emergency Housing:
The Samaritan House Rescue and Shelter Center provides overnight housing facilities to homeless men, including accessibility to bathroom and shower facilities.
Center hours open to the public:
Monday – Friday 8 – 10 AM and 1 – 7:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday 8 – 10 AM and 4 – 7:30 PM
Emergency Shelter Assistance:
4:00 PM bed sign – up (Must come in person to retain a bed).
Soup Kitchen:
The Soup Kitchen feeds the homeless as well as low-income men, women and children of the Rochester community. The meal which is served nightly at 7:00 PM is free of charge to visitors and clients. A thirty minute, gospel based, non-denominational chapel service is presented after each hot meal. Attendance is optional.
